3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the trip (unless otherwise stated).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip or no-shows may not be refunded.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Changes & Modifications

• Tasneem Sharm reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or operational circumstances.

• In case of cancellation by us, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Hotel Pickup & Timing

• Hotel pickup and drop-off are included for most tours.

• Pickup times are approximate and may vary depending on hotel location and traffic.

• Customers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time.

6. Safety & Responsibility

• All activities are conducted under professional supervision.

• Participants must follow safety instructions provided by guides or instructors.

• Tasneem Sharm is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow instructions or personal negligence.

7. Health & Fitness

• Customers must inform us of any medical conditions before booking.

• Some activities may not be suitable for pregnant women, elderly guests, or people with certain medical conditions.

• Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

8. Children Policy

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Age restrictions may apply to certain activities for safety reasons.
