Provide a valid phone number and email for easy contact. Pickup time will be confirmed via WhatsApp or Telegram. Bring your passport or a copy. it may be required at the port. Don’t forget swimwear, towels, and sunscreen for comfort. Wear beach shoes and a light cover-up for sun protection.
Guests may cancel their booking up to 12 hours before the tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable. No-shows will also be charged the full amount.
